Declaration & Authorisation:
I, and my team members (“we”, “our”) agree to participate in the 60-day BODYKEY Challenge & Contest (“the Challenge”).
We declare that the transformation result and transformation story provided (which includes, but is not limited to, our names, photos, professional title(s) and affiliation(s), likeness and statements) (“the Testimonial”) accurately describe our experience with using the BODYKEY programme (“the Programme”). We hereby consent and authorize Amway, together with its parent company, its affiliated companies and related entities (hereinafter collectively “the Amway Group”) to have the right to use at all times our names, photos, professional title(s) and affiliation(s), likeness and statements, including but not limited to the Testimonial, in connection with our sharing of experience in using the Programme for any and all purposes. We also consent to the Amway Group using our name, photos, professional title and affiliation(s), likeness and statements (including but not limited to the Testimonial) for the purpose of marketing and promoting Amway and Amway products, and in all forms, whether or not in the form of publication in videos, VCDs, DVDs, Amway Group’s magazines, websites and any other audio-visual or printing materials. We hereby authorize that all rights and benefits acquired by the Amway Group hereunder shall apply throughout the world. For the avoidance of doubt, we hereby waive our rights against the Amway Group of and from any and all fees, expenses and compensation, and any and all other causes of action whatsoever arising out of or resulting from whatever use of our name, photos, professional title and affiliation(s), likeness and statements (including but not limited to the Testimonial). We shall hold the Amway Group and all of their agents, officers, directors and employees free and harmless from any liability arising from claims or suits of third parties, including costs and expenses incidental thereto, in connection with the use of the Testimonials.
Allow to Use Google Fit https://www.googleapis.com/auth/fitness.activity.read and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/fitness.location.read to receive the step and distance information of Google activity data to calculate further information about your activity, such as distance run through Bodykey app and sync the changes with Google fit. so you will check the details of daily step information in the Bodykey app.
The Programme and weight management
We acknowledge that the Programme and the Challenge are only to assist with personal weight loss efforts and we should consult with a physician before starting any form of weight management programme. The Programme and the Challenge is intended for use by healthy adult individuals and is not intended for us by minors, pregnant or lactating women, or individuals with any type of health conditions or food allergies/intolerances. By joining the Programme and the Challenge, we agree to these terms and conditions and understand that we take full responsibility for our health and the choices we make during the Challenge. All contents and information provided by the Programme are for informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnoses or treatment.
Amway do not promise, guarantee or imply that our use of the information, products and services will reduce our weight or improve our fitness level. The result of the Programme and the Challenge will depend on many factors. We should not view the information, products or services as responsible for any failure of our weight loss.
The Amway Group accepts no liability for any claims, errors or any omissions or injury to persons or property arising out of the Programme or the Challenge. All participants hereby release Amway from any claims for any loss, damage or injury sustained while participating in the programme.

กลุ่มบริษัทแอมเวย์ไม่ขอรับผิดต่อการเรียกร้อง ความผิดพลาด การละเว้น หรือการได้รับบาดเจ็บใดๆ ของบุคคลหรือทรัพย์สินที่เกิดขึ้นจากโปรแกรม ผู้เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมทั้งหมดจะละเว้นแอมเวย์จากการเรียกร้องการสูญเสีย ความเสียหายหรือการบาดเจ็บใดๆ ขณะเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม
